A seasoned legal and law enforcement professional with 18+ years of experience. Tareq specializes in legal advisory, contract law, corporate governance, and dispute resolution—offering a practical blend of legal expertise and operational insight. Holder of a Bachelors of Laws and Economics and possessing sound skills obtained from various qualifications, I am confident I would be a good addition to a legal team. A team player, honest, diligent, committed, hardworking and friendly.

Arafat Rafi Khan

14+ years of professional experience in the UAE legal industry, specializing in corporate and commercial litigation, company restructuring, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. His expertise includes cross-border transactions, KYC and AML compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring, along with extensive experience in company incorporations (LLCs, PJSCs, REITs), drafting by-laws and internal policies, and managing compliance frameworks.
